While we aim to leave you, our customers, satisfied with your orders we do understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. For this reason, we have created the following 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. Please note, where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us if it is unused, in its original, unopened packaging with any seal or shrink wrap intact, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product on as new.

Returns and refund process
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and returned within 30 days of purchase; the exception to this rule being if there is a manufacturers defect. - Please email email@example.com, or use the contact form to request a refund. If a refund is acceptable we will email you an authorisation slip.
- Return the item(s), including the authorisation slip to: LoveDIY, Tillbridge Lane, Sturton By Stow, Lincoln, LN1 2DS
- Where possible, please re-use the packaging that the order was originally shipped in.
- Also, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.
We will provide a refund for the full price of any product(s) properly returned in accordance the returns policy, however, any original delivery charges and your costs of returning the product to us will not be refunded;. The only exception to this rule would be if your return involved a manufacturer defect.
Some items cannot be returned if they have been opened or are otherwise unsuitable for return; for example our paints. Also note that any items that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. For full details on which of our products are returnable, then please contact us.
Exchanges and replacements
If your return is in a “like-new” condition and suitable for re-sale, you may exchange your item for a different size or colour etc… You will, however, have to pay any delivery costs involved.
If your return is damaged during the delivery process, we will either offer a full refund (including any original delivery charges), or if it is preferred then we will offer a replacement delivered for of charge.
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product we will not refund or exchange the item.
